Waarom Universele Potgrond een Onmisbare Basis is voor Jouw Planten

Why Universal Potting Soil is an Indispensable Base for Your Plants

As a caring plant mother, I know how important it is to create the right foundation for your plants. The right potting soil is like a solid foundation for a house – without a good foundation, your plants will never reach their full potential. That’s why I’d like to share my experiences with Culvita Universal Potting Soil, enriched with two months of plant food.

This growing medium is truly an all-rounder. Whether you have houseplants that brighten up your living room or outdoor plants that bring your garden to life, this potting soil offers the ideal mix of nutrition and structure. With the addition of two months of plant food, you don't have to worry about fertilizing, your plants get exactly what they need to get off to a good start.

To use them properly I recommend the following rhythm:

  • Monday: Check the moisture level of the potting soil. Water when the top layer starts to dry out.
  • Wednesday: Check your plants' light conditions. Make sure indoor plants get enough indirect light and outdoor plants get enough sunlight.
  • Friday: Rotate your plants slightly, especially indoor plants, so that they grow evenly.
  • Sunday: Recheck moisture levels and adjust watering as needed. Remember to inspect your plants occasionally for signs of over- or under-watering.

For the seasonal changes, here are some tips:

  • Summer: Outdoor plants often need more water due to the higher temperatures. Water your plants more often and check the potting soil regularly.
  • Winter: Houseplants can often get by with less water during the winter months. Be careful not to overwater, as this can lead to root rot.
  • Autumn: This is the ideal time to repot your plants in fresh Culvita Universal Potting Soil, so that they are well prepared for winter.
  • Spring: Repot your plants in spring to give them a fresh start and enjoy the new growth that the season brings.

My user advice: Make sure you plant your plants in pots with good drainage to prevent their roots from getting too wet. The Culvita Universal Potting Soil retains sufficient moisture, but also allows excess water to drain away well.
